Founder and Executive Director

Stasha is a passionate advocate, mother, and community builder whose journey into autism advocacy began with her son Mason’s diagnosis. As a working mom navigating the complex systems of early intervention, education, and care, she quickly realized how few inclusive options existed — especially during the summer months when structure disappeared and children like Mason were left without support.

Combining her background in public service with her personal experience, Stasha founded The Orion Circle to create a safe, enriching space where autistic children can thrive, be understood, and be celebrated year-round.

When she’s not building programs or organizing events, Stasha is connecting with families, advocating for change, and raising her own constellation of bright little stars.
